If your condition warrants additional diagnostics, they will be recommended.
We strive to make your visits to our centre as comfortable as possible. Please plan for 45 - 60 minutes for your first visit if you complete your intake health forms prior to arriving. You may download the forms from the contact page of this site. If you need to complete your forms at our office, please allow yourself an additional 15 minutes.
During the initial consultation, we will determine if you are a candidate for chiropractic.
If you are not, you will be referred to another health professional. If you are a chiropractic candidate, the next step is a complete chiropractic assessment.
You will receive a thorough posture examination, mobility assessment, motion palpation, orthopedic testing, neurological evaluation and other chiropractic procedures to help find out what is causing your problem.
We will go over the results and recommendations and help you understand what they means to you. You will need to be actively involved in your care process and you may ask questions at this time or at any later time during your treatment process. Once your goals are clearly defined and you are ready, we will begin your first treatment.
Our health assistant will help you schedule your visits to guarantee the best times and days to meet your needs. You may also request a printed calendar of your appointments for your ease and convenience.
Please be on time for your sessions so we may serve each person in a timely fashion. We also ask that you turn off your cell phone during your treatment. You will need to be dressed in loose clothes such as a comfortable T-shirt and shorts/track pants (not jeans) for subsequent visits. Subsequent sessions are 30 minutes.
